The most sexual thing in it is there is a hooker you talk to at one point, but she doesn't come right out and say it. Also, she isn't dressed inappropriately. The worst thing about the game is the violence. But it's a great game.

lol the game isnt violent or sexual. i feel sorry for you. you have an annoying brother and a strict and non-understanding dad. well fallout 3 is about a guy in armor going around collecting junk and doing missions trying to upgrade himself how is that inappropriate.

well the worst thing sexual is probably when women talk dirty but thats about it. it does have some violence like dismembering of limbs (arms and legs come off) and blood and gore other than that i think its pretty appropriate for a 13 year old kid... i should know cause im 13 too and if you show you parents this message i want to tell them that you not going to turn into some criminal if you play 1 violent game i play games like that all the time and i still have straight A;s in school

I am 14 and fallout 3 is one of my most favorite video games along with modern warfare 2. Anyway there is no sexual things in the game as far as im concerned and the only reasons its rated "M" is because of the Intense amount of blood and gore and the language. Nothing anything close to sex, except for Dukov's place and the love theme you can buy for your crib they both have a light that is a man on top of a woman and cherry and fantasia the two women at Dukov's in D.C. are in their pajamas.
