Question: My xbox has just been banned i have no idea why i don't mod it is just a fine 360 that would buy from a store.?

ring up microsoft and ask or get a new xbox with a new gamertag and then add all of your mates again.

Ring up microsoft, but ask them the reason for the ban. You can do this by calling them on their support centre.......
You will need a email id, your gamertag, and the serial no. and other things maybe.

The two first posters are a bit off

FIRST a banned console stays banned
SECOND Microsoft helpdesk will send you to the forum and on the forum they will say "There will not be given any reason why you we're banned"

So the answer is you are f&*ked!
You are banned no matter why or what reason, your console will never ever contact xbox live again! It is done it is over with if you desire to play online you need to buy a new xbox 360.
