To see if it has a warranty through Microsoft, register your console here: Click Here .You must have a Windows Live ID and your console's serial number. You can look for the serial number in the Xbox 360 dashboard by going to System Settings and System Info. or you can look at the back of your Xbox.
If you have a warranty through a store, you may need to call them.
