That will be plenty. Patches take up very little space.

xbox 360 games take up around 7 gigs of memory

game saves take up around 200 kb to 20 mb. ( possibly more or less )

Games updates and patchs can take up to 200 kb to 100 mb (100mb is most unlikely tho)

just remember 4 gig is just for game saves.. nothing else. thats why there so much cheaper.
